The protocol

Every job runs this exact checklist.

Published because we actually run it — the cleaner can't clock out until every step is checked in the app.

Questions

Asked before every first booking.

Same-day for most Miami bookings made before the morning — call or text and a person answers, and we confirm a cleaner fast. Same-day work carries a $40 rush charge, and you'll see it in the price before you confirm anything.

A standard clean starts at $145 for one bed, one bath, and the widget above shows the exact price for your bedroom and bathroom count — the same number checkout charges, not an estimate. Homes over 1,000 sq ft add a size surcharge. Put it on a recurring plan and every clean is 10% less — 15% if you go weekly.

Six things cost extra, and they cost the same on every service — inside the oven ($35), inside the fridge ($35), interior windows ($45), laundry ($25 a load), restocking the paper goods you supply ($20) and heavy pet hair ($25). You add them when you book and they're in the price before you confirm. Everything else in the service is the price you saw.

Your cleaner is one of ours — reference-checked before they take a single job, held to our checklist, and fully equipped. You book with Vassal, you pay Vassal, and we stand behind the work. Every job ends with before-and-after photos you can see on your booking.

Yes — $1M general liability. If something gets damaged, you are covered, and the before-and-after photos on every job mean there is never an argument about what happened.

No. When you book, you tell us how the cleaner gets in — you're home, you've left a key, or the cleaner holds one — and it travels with the job. Either way, the photos show you exactly what was done.

After the clean is completed — never before. When you book, and again early on the morning of the job, your card is authorized to confirm the funds are there. Those are holds, not charges: they may show as pending on your statement and they release on their own. The actual charge happens once the job is done and the before-and-after photos are on your booking.

Yes — give $50, get $50. Refer someone new to Vassal and you each get a $50 credit toward future cleans. No limit stated, no code to remember — your account carries a referral link.
