The cleanersSouth Florida homes rely on.

Call or text us for same-day. We check whether a cleaner is free and confirm fast. Same-day work adds $40, and we tell you before we book it.

A standard clean starts at $145 for one bed, one bath, and the widget above shows the exact price for your bedroom and bathroom count: the same number checkout charges, not an estimate. Homes over 1,000 sq ft add a size surcharge. Put it on a recurring plan and every clean is 10% less, or 15% if you go weekly.

Seven things cost extra: inside the oven ($35), inside the fridge ($35), interior windows ($45), laundry ($25 a load), restocking the paper goods you supply ($20), heavy pet hair ($25) and a sink load of dishes ($25). The oven and fridge are already part of a move-out, so those two are only added to a standard or deep clean. You add them when you book and they're in the price before you confirm. Everything else in the service is the price you saw.

Independent cleaners, and every cleaner works from our checklist. You book with Vassal, you pay Vassal, and we stand behind the work. Before and after photos help us see exactly what happened.

No. When you book, you tell us how the cleaner gets in (you're home, you've left a key, or the cleaner has one), and it travels with the job.

After the clean, never before. Nothing is charged when you book. Your card is charged once the clean is done.

Yes: give $20, get $20. Refer someone new to Vassal and your friend gets $20 off their first clean, and you get $20 off your next clean once their first visit is done. Both are credits on a clean, never cash. No code to remember: just give them our number, or your link once we turn links on.
